GroupHEALTH Selects Xpertdoc to Improve Client Experience and Increase Enrollment Efficiencies

Smart forms technology will decrease back-and-forth, drive profitable revenue and streamline enrollment process for insurance carriers

Montreal, QC (Apr. 20, 2016) – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in document generation and customer communications solutions, today announced their partnership with GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions® to implement Xpertdoc's Smart Forms technology which will provide a streamlined, automated enrollment process for the employee members of their group benefit plan clients. GroupHEALTH works with a number of insurers across Canada to assemble, implement and manage customized benefit solutions for more than 3,700 client organizations, supporting more than 320,000 members.

Prior to selecting Xpertdoc, GroupHEALTH was faced with a lengthy and inefficient enrollment process that required them to send new clients customized forms, which had to be filled out manually and returned, often by fax or mail. GroupHEALTH was then tasked with identifying errors such as missing or incomplete forms, illegible handwriting, etc. and trying to resolve them with an employer directly.

The back-and-forth was time-consuming and didn't meet GroupHEALTH's high standards for client experience. The company wanted to improve the onboarding experience for its clients and improve internal efficiencies to provide more time for the Client Services team to focus on serving members.

The data entered will automatically be captured into the company's industry-leading administration system, WEBS™.
